9 years after the placement of closed-end fund SWF 128 and the investment into the new built Hotel „Dorint An der Messe in Basel“ we are pleased to emphasize that the investors obtained a return on investment of more than 17 %/year after taxes.
The hotel was sold to a property fund of Credit Suisse AG in Switzerland to 01st September 2011.
