Retail warehouse for electronic equipment 'expert' is represented there at 2.500 sq. m. now

Since the middle of October 2010 the retailer for consumer electronics ‚expert' has offered its large assortment in 'Hallescher Einkaufspark (HEP)'. It is the 15th market of expert Handels GmbH and the most modern market of their own in Germany. Due to this opening 30 jobs have been generated.

In 1995 the Hallesche Einkaufspark was opened. It belongs to a closed-end property fund of the Ebertz & Partner-Unternehmensgruppe. The retail park offers at 43.000 sq. m. a wide range of different attractive lines with shops as well as cafe? and restaurant facilities. Since January 2010 it has been managed by E&P Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG, Cologne.
