Invesco Real Estate participated in E&P-Fund Novotel Hanover

Invesco Real Estate (IRE), the international cross-border property investment manager, participated in the closed end fund that E&P Real Estate setup to acquire the property “Novotel Hanover” in Hanover.
The “Novotel Hanover” is a modern, 4* hotel with 206 spacious and light rooms. It was part of the Podbipark Business Park complex in Hanover. E&P managed that the Hotel was parted from the rest of the estate and could be sold as a standalone entity.
