More than 40 years Ebertz & Partner – how have the individual real estate funds developed?
The Association of Closed Real Estate Funds (VGF), of which the Ebertz & Partner Consortium has been a member since January 2009, has developed clear guidelines for drawing up and producing trade balances. Even although it does not yet comply with all the standards set by the VGF, our 2008 Performance Report was drawn up using these guidelines as its primary source of reference.
