2009 the E&P Immobilien- und Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG (IPM) with headquarters in Cologne and branches in Berlin and Wiesbaden was founded as subsidiary company. For the steadily growing portfolio IPM assures the technical monitoring of the buildings through their life time cycles.

IPM is in charge of the project management for new building projects of the E&P group – mainly hotels, nursing homes and commercial properties – the management of portfolio properties nationwide and abroad.

Enterprises outside the E&P group can get IPM services in view of maintenance of properties, total project management of smaller reconstruction- and repair works or monitoring of new building projects, too.
